  • Staging Consultation

    Our staging consultations are roughly 1-2 hours, in which we walk-through the home with our clients, discussing decluttering, revising layout of furniture, paint colour and minor improvement recommendations. After the consult, we provide a detailed report of everything discussed, along with a staging quote. If the client does go through with staging, this fee will act as a credit towards staging services.

    $250 + HST

  • Occupied Properties

    Properties listed while being occupied by the homeowner can be drastically transformed with our services. Our designers incorporate as much of the homeowners’ furniture into their staging plan as possible, while adding some additional pieces that could include furniture, wall art, bedding, decor and more. Our pricing for this service can vary, depending on how many items we are bringing in.

  • Vacant Properties

    Vacant homes, even those newly built, certainly have an emptiness that leaves much to the imagination. We see this as an opportunity to showcase each room in it’s most ideal setting. Buyers often have difficulty imagining what size furniture can fit in a space without seeing it in person. With a cohesive look from top to bottom, we are able to paint an idyllic picture for any buyer walking in!
