What is the home staging process?

As each project is unique, we take a very custom approach to your home. Typically, we start with a paid in-person home consultation where we walk-through your home with you, discuss your needs as well as our recommendations as designers. After the consultation, you will receive a report with a staging proposal, estimate and check-list of recommendations to complete prior to listing. The fee for the consultation will be credited to staging costs, should you accept our proposal.

How much does staging a home cost?

Again, the fee to stage a home can vary depending on several factors - the size of the home, the type of staging required (vacant or occupied), and location. As this is a customized service, the amount of furnishings/decor will depend on the home’s needs.

I’ve staged with studio GILT. How long can I keep the furniture?

Our rental period spans a minimum of one month or until the property is sold. Should you need your home staged after the initial month, our agreement will highlight our reoccurring monthly fee (a portion of first month). If your home sells prior to the month’s end, there will be no rebate provided.
